Copies can be obtained by visiting the Circuit Clerk File Room between 9am and 5pm Mon. thru Fri. For copies of civil records (including divorce records) 3rd floor, Civil Courts Bldg. For copies of criminal records 2nd floor, Carnahan Courthouse. Both buildings are located at the corner of Market and Tucker in downtown St. Louis.
